Annual Plant Sale and Craft Fair Vendor Registration

Dates:
Friday, May 8th, 12pm - 4pm
Saturday, May 9th, 10am - 6pm
Sunday, May 10th, 10am - 4pm

Location: Daughtery Farmstead
26526 NE Cherry Valley Rd, Duvall, WA 98019

Details:

  • There is a $35 space fee.
  • Vendors must be present at all times & are responsible for cashiering their own booths.
  • More than one vendor may share the same booth site.
  • The event will be outdoors.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own set up and take down; no tables provided.
  • Vendor set up will begin 1.5 hours before fair start time.
  • Take down is between 4 pm and 6 pm on the last day of the show (and not before 4pm).
  • We are not responsible for any items left after 6 pm the day of the show.

The money raised during the Duvall Civic Club’s fundraising events, such as this annual sale, goes back into the community via high school scholarships, and grants to local non-profit organizations, like the Sno-Valley Senior Center, Hopelink Food Bank, Duvall Arts Commission, & others.
